Villa Kudu has been constructed in a bush lodge style and finished with a thatched roof, that gives you the real African feel. Located on the border of Hoedspruit, a pleasant village in Limpopo, the most northern province of South Africa,.


Villa Kudu has been designed for optimal privacy, luxury and use of outdoor spaces, including 4 airconditioned king size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with inside and outside showers, fully equipped kitchen, a gym room and a private lap swimming  pool. It is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful areas of South Africa, part of the Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate, close to the Sandspruit River. This vacation home has been built on a 6000 sqm2 private land, which ensures ultimate peace.


For your wellness, Villa Kudu is an absolutely non-smoking area. The gym room is equipped with a Technogym Kinesis Heritage and a Personal Line Run 700.

The lap swimming-pool is 9 by 2 meters with a Badu Jet. There are three outside covered patios, a Braai area and two decks overlooking the Sandspruit river from where you have the privilege of observing the nature as its best right on your doorstep. There are no Big 5 animals on the estate, making it a safe environment for you and your family, to enjoy an early morning walk or cycle and to enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the comfort of your home or pool deck.


The area offers outstanding wildlife experiences and excellent game-viewing in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the inimitable African bush. Many of the reserves bordering on the Kruger National Park have had their fences removed and now form part of the Greater Kruger National Park, resulting in huge traversing areas of unspoiled wilderness.


Please Note : Villa Kudu is an exclusive property on an exclusive reserve and can only be reserved for a minimum of 7 nights. Please note we will not respond to any enquiries requesting a shorter stay.

There are 4 bedrooms in the Villa that can accommodate up to 8 adults


The 4 Bedrooms are designed for comfort and luxury


All Bedrooms are air conditioned and have king sized length beds.


The Master Bedroom has a built in fireplace and balcony.


The Giraffe Bedroom is equipped with a study corner and bathroom is connected with a sliding door with inside and outside showers as well as a bath.


The Zebra & the Cheetah Bedroom are in a separate pavilion. They share a bathroom equipped with inside and outside showers.

The word braai (pronounced “bry”, rhyming with the word “cry”; plural braais) is Afrikaans for “barbecue” or “roast” and is a social custom in South Africa.

There are 2 viewing decks overlooking the Sandspruit River, from where you will have the privilege of observing the nature at its best, right at your doorstep.

A heated 9 by 2 meters private lap swimming-pool with Badu Jet.


4 Bikes

There are 4 bicycles at your disposal at the Villa. Enjoy a ride along the cycling trails of the Zandspruit Estate!


Non-smoking

For your wellness, the Villa Kudu is an absolutely non-smoking area.


Secured estate

The villa is located within a 24 hours/7 days a week secured estate.


Fireplaces

There is a keyhole fireplace with seats around on one of the outside area, and a double sided fireplace between the living area and the TV-room and library, and a gas fireplace in the Master Bedroom, to enhance your winter evenings


TV Room and Library

The Library & TV Room offers a wide 65 inches screen (180 channels available) and a DVD player.


Computer at disposal

There is an Apple iMac computer at disposal in the study with a printer
